Job Description
An Associate Attorney is responsible for helping clients to make strategic decisions in hiring foreign employees, determining what visas to apply for, and the best way to secure those benefits. The attorney works closely with other attorneys and paralegals to prepare and submit petitions to the USCIS, Department of Labor, CBP, and Department of State requesting various immigration benefits. Responsible for responding to communication from clients by email and phone within the Firm's service level expectations.
Position allows telecommuting with a minimum of two (2) days in the Chicago office per week.
