The ideal candidate will have an aptitude for taking initiative, solving problems, and accommodating multiple deadlines. They are experienced driving customer / user adoption of digital products through impactful communications, training, and activities. They are an exemplary communicator with a passion for continuous learning and innovation in a rapidly evolving transportation industry. Responsibilities may include but are not limited to: • Assessing stakeholder groups, change impacts, and organizational readiness. • Helping users and stakeholders understand how the transformation will impact the way they work and coaching teams through the journey. • Designing learning strategies to integrate continuous learning into the day-to-day lives of employees. Managing vendors to facilitate required learning. • Developing stakeholder engagement materials to drive adoption and sustainability of change. • Developing, recruiting, and managing the change agent network. • Analyzing and reporting on relevant change metrics for key initiatives. • Attending working sessions with the change agents, leadership team, and other external stakeholders to ensure alignment and deep understanding of initiatives and drive a consistent change network. • Driving adoption of standards and methods from the HR organizational change management and HR learning & development teams. • Implementing change management tools, processes, and standards; coaching IT leaders on their usage.
