If you're interested in overseeing all back office functions, operations staff, and advisor support staff for AMTS in accordance with Bank policies and regulatory requirements, our AMTS Operations Manager role may be for you! We invite you to consider joining our AMTS Support team.
Responsibilities:
- Administer the AMTS technology stack
- Serve as Chair of the Trust Management Committee (TMC) and the Non-Deposit Investment Products Sub-Committee
- Deliver tax reporting to governmental bodies, clients, and designates
- Complete TMC and internal management reports, external reports, and regulatory filings
- Work with internal audit staff, State examiners, and FDIC examiners to ensure operational compliance and risk minimization
- Serve as liaison between the Broker/Dealer and Heartland Bank
- Provide management reports for HBT Investment Services.
- Manage compensation calculation for commission-based HBTIS Consultants
- Serve as main point of contact for firms providing services to AMTS
Who You Are
- Bachelors or Masters in Business preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 10 years' experience in related field preferred

Actual salaries will vary depending on factors including but not limited to experience, and performance.
