Posting Identification Number 33146 Position Overview The Illinois Department of Children and Family Services is seeking an organized, professional, and energetic individual to serve as Secretary to the Client Payment and Accounts Receivable Administrator. Under direction, this position will perform technical secretarial and complex, specialized office support functions. The position will gather, analyze, and interpret data from various sources and develop, maintain, and monitor tracking and reporting systems for the unit. The position will also receive and direct visitors, answer phones, and represent the Administrator through routine oral and written contact with various entities. This position provides a great opportunity for someone who is detail oriented and interested in playing a supporting role in the Department’s operations. Develops and/or maintains filing systems for the Central Payment Unit and Central Office Vouchering Unit 4. Receives and direct visitors, providing specialized information 5. Performs other duties as required or assigned which are reasonably within the scope of the duties enumerated above.
