Data Architecture Manager (Accenture LLP; Bloomington, IL): Accenture LLP has multiple openings for the position of Data Architecture Manager in Bloomington, IL, and the job duties are as follows: - Design and implement effective database solutions and data models to store and retrieve organizational data, including architecting overall organizational data strategy (data model designs, database development standards, implementation, and management of data warehouses and data analytics systems) that is in line with client business processes. - Design full-stack cloud solutions that fully integrate with customer’s existing cloud infrastructure from data flow, security, DevOps, and user-interface requirements. - Create physical and logical architecture solution roadmaps for linking services solutions with client business processes and technologies. - Design and develop high volume cloud data ingestion components and ETL solutions to collect data from various internal and external sources, ensure data quality and controls are in place to support various data ingestion inflows and outflow processes, and develop solutions architecture to evaluate architectural alternatives for private, public, and hybrid cloud models, including IaaS, PaaS, and other cloud services. - Recommend data governance processes, security standards, and models that will provide architectural guidelines to support the development initiatives. - Manage end-to-end data architecture, from the selection of the platform, the design of technical architecture, to the development, testing, and implementation of the proposed solution. - Provide consultation and collaborate with technology leaders, business partners, and peer groups regarding long and short-range product features, and partner with the Product Owners and the engineering teams to align the technical design and strategy with the product roadmap. BASIC QUALIFICATIONS: Must have a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Technology, Computer Information Systems, Computer Applications, Engineering, or related field, plus 5 years of progressive post-baccalaureate experience in the IT consulting industry. Must have 5 years of experience in each of the following: - Designing Cloud architecture; - Designing data architecture; - Designing and developing high-volume multi-tiered transactional applications; - Utilizing SSIS, SSRS, TSQL, and Python programming; - Designing and developing Complex BI solutions for Data integration and Data migration; and - Leading onshore and offshore delivery teams using agile delivery methodology. Must have 3 years of experience in each of the following: - Utilizing data mining and modeling tools; - Performing data modeling for transactional applications; and - Information management and data processing on multiple platforms, including AWS, and Hadoop. Must have willingness and ability to travel domestically approximately 80% of the time to meet client needs.
