The initiative supports the build out of the Wealth Management Operational Data Store, a central source of data for Wealth Management partners, with an initial focus on Positions data and Asset Classification supporting tools. Efforts focus on coordinating integration from multiple application sources, transformation of data into a central repository and exposure of the data for availability by multiple internal and external consumers. Contractor’s Role: The Scrum Master and Project Manager facilitates the planning, tracking, communication and coordination of activities for an Agile project delivery team. This role requires solid practical experience and techniques in both Agile and project management. As a Scrum Master, the role includes collaborating intensively with their team members across both Business and Technology disciplines providing mentoring and coaching around Agile principles and practices. He/she aids with the resolution of blocking challenges and provides outward communication for the team to external stakeholders. Experience Level: • Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience required. Greater than 6 years’ experience required Qualifications: • Intermediate to advanced understanding of basic software development methodologies and fundamentals (Agile, SCRUM, Kanban, Lean, Waterfall, etc.). • Experience with developing, testing and deploying software utilizing a rapid, iterative delivery method. • Understanding of all facets of the software development life cycle including: planning, requirements management, development, quality assurance, change management and release management. • Exposure or awareness of continuous integration and test-driven development practices, test automation and tools. • Experience with Agile Lifecycle Management (ALM) tools (JIRA, Rally, VersionOne).
