What We'll Bring:We are seeking a strategic leader with over a decade of experience in product or program management to lead the global strategic alliance with FICO for the Scores & Attributes team and drive pricing strategies within the credit risk landscape. You will be instrumental in shaping solutions that cater to diverse markets, engaging in multifaceted responsibilities from developing pricing strategies to contract negotiations. What You'll Bring: Core Technologies Required: Expertise in utilizing tools for the execution of pricing strategies. Proficiency in enterprise-level analytics platforms. Previous Experiences: 10+ years of progressively more responsibility in product/program management/other functions requiring the management of pricing strategy, inclusive of strategic pricing within B2B environments, demonstrating success in driving product profitability and market competitiveness. Demonstrated experience in the enhancing and advancing strategic partnerships and ability to effectively lead and influence cross-functional indirect reporting relationships within matrixed organizations. Educational Background: Bachelor's or master's degree Work Structure: This is a hybrid position and involves regular performance of job responsibilities virtually as well as in-person at an assigned TU office location for a minimum of two days a week. Impact You'll Make: This Role Reports Directly To: Executive Vice President of Product, who is also the Head of Credit Risk Solutions and the Chief Sustainability Officer Includes Expectations: Deepen the strategic relationship with FICO, while driving go-to-market, and sales support activities for FICO products. Demonstrate accountability and innovation through product pricing strategy, enhancing our market positioning and financial outcomes. Day-to-Day Role Responsibilities: Lead contract negotiations and strategic program execution with FICO. Perform competitive analyses, manage pricing strategies, and support cross-functional teams in go-to-market and product development activities. Oversee audit process, engaging with external third parties and FICO every three years.
