Job Description
We farm 2,800 acres of corn and soybeans, and 140 acres of hay. Employees will assist with all functions related to planting, machinery maintenance, field work (planting, ground work, spraying), mowing and weed eating road ditches and field edges, and cutting and baling hay. Employees will help with all fall season preparation: driving a tractor and grain cart, repairing grain bins, hauling grain, and completing general farm duties as assigned. Employees will need to complete routine repairs and maintenance on equipment. Employer may provide pay increases for performance and experience at employer’s discretion. Employer may provide performance bonuses at the end of the contract at the employer’s discretion.
