Due to continued growth, our Training Group has a new opportunity for a Training Administrator in our Chicago, IL office. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

+ Schedules and administers offerings through Cornerstone learning management software (LMS).

+ Records class participation in the LMS.

+ Interfaces with Managers and employees companywide to coordinate upcoming training schedules.

+ Manages logistics through Outlook and Teams which includes attendance recording, lunch arrangements and AV notifications.

+ Aid in developing computer-based and instructor led trainings.

Typical activities for this position include:

+ Collaborates with companywide business units to administer training support services in various company offices.

+ Coordinate and manage a schedule of hybrid, remote and live trainings through our Cornerstone Learning Management System.

+ Assist in the organization of training classes companywide.

+ Occasionally aid in developing training materials, learning new software, and be a part of a high energy team making a difference in the way the organization learns!

Qualifications

We do not sponsor employees for work authorization in the U.S. for this position. Essential skills and experience:

+ This position requires at least a high school diploma (or equivalent), instructional design classes are valued but not required.

+ A minimum of three or more years of relevant experience.

+ The ability to organize multiple classes concurrently.

+ A customer focus, accountability and professionalism are must haves as most tasks are performed with minimal supervision.

+ Professional and responsive communication skills.

+ Familiarity with Cornerstone or other LMS software is a plus

+ A basic knowledge of MS Word, Excel and Outlook.
