Date Posted: 12/20/2023 Hiring Organization: Rose International Position Number: 455635 Job Title: Project Manager I Job Location: Lake Forest, IL, USA, 60045 Employment Type: Temporary Estimated Duration (In months): 11 Min Hourly Rate($): 80.00 Max Hourly Rate($): 90.00 Must Have Skills/Attributes: PMP, Project Management Job Description **Only those lawfully authorized to work in the designated country associated with the position will be considered.** **Please note that all Position start dates and duration are estimates and may be reduced or lengthened based upon a client’s business needs and requirements.** • Manages/directs the activities and people associated with small to large scale projects with a focus on any or several non-IT business applications and disciplines. • Manage/direct all facets of single or multiple, multidimensional, mission-critical projects through the Full Project Life Cycle. • Collaborate/work with project sponsors, business units and users to identify project scope and focus, develop or monitor project initiatives, implement project requirements/plans/processes/tools, assign/guide/monitor project staff, and assure project success. • Deliver quality project solutions to business problems or issues within defined budgets and/or timelines. • Provide expert project guidance/support proactively through project completion. • Provide tracking, reporting, and presentation to management and users. Stakeholder Engagement • a. Working closely with the Global Project Management / Regional TPM Operations, manage engagement with one (or possibly more depending on the scale of the project) project stakeholders across functional, department, division and other parties to establish strong working relationships • b. Development and successful delivery of stakeholder engagement plans in accordance with the overarching stakeholder engagement strategy • c. Manage stakeholder mapping and prepare communications to stakeholders and respond to stakeholder enquiries • d. Manage stakeholder engagement coordinators, providing guidance and directing their workload activities to ensure timescales and requirements are met • e. Work collaboratively with other members of the project team, liaising with other Stakeholder Managers in the stakeholder team and the PMO (project management office) • f. Provide briefings and support to technical teams for meetings with stakeholders • g. Arrange and attend stakeholder meetings with technical team members and ensure feedback of stakeholder responses and requests to technical teams are responded to within agreed timescales • h. Prepare and manage workshops, review, and discussion including developing agendas, project plans, minute taking and production of reports • i. Ensure all documentation that are generated during project implementation recorded on project SharePoint • j. Attend meetings, collaborative planning workshops and report to site on progress • k. Generate monthly reports for Steering Committee Meeting Requirement, PMP certified is strongly preferred with at least 5-7 years experience.
