The Position:
Production Associates manufacture, assemble and support the production of C.H.I. products. This could include the production of doors, door assemblies, or other support components.
Related Job Duties:
+ Reads production paperwork and performs work as assigned by the department supervisor.
+ Assembles the materials to produce garage doors and/or assemblies.
+ Attach appropriate labels and tags to products and packages and include correct shipping documents.
+ Pack finished goods into correct packages and boxes.
+ Notify the supervisor of any mechanical or material issues.
+ Place finished goods in the proper area and/or trailer for shipment.
+ Maintain a clean and safe work area.
+ Maintain production standards without compromising quality.
+ Other reasonably related duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications:
+ Minimum of 1-year of previous general labor and/or customer service experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
+ 2 years of previous experience in manufacturing, operating heavy machines, punch tooling, and hand tools, and have mechanical aptitude.
