Key responsibilities

- Analyze and summarize legal documents

- Communicate with clients and the counsel for the other side

- Supporting attorneys and staff within the practice groups department

- Legal research and drafting of a wide range of legal documents Requirements – Desire to thrive in a high-paced environment, requiring exceptional organizational skills, juggling client matters, and adhering to strict deadlines

- Licensed attorney

- Great attention to detail

- Excellent academic credentials and references

- Must possess analytical, legal research and writing skills

- Ability to communicate verbally and in writing effectively throughout all levels of the company

- Civil Litigation Experience experience

- Strong familiarity with Draft Motions

- Foundational knowledge in Court Appearances

- Civil litigation experience
