Speech Language Pathologist – ProgressiveHealth, LLC – Eldorado, IL

  • Schedule: Monday – Friday, 9am-5pm

ProgressiveHealth of Indiana, LLC is seeking a PRN Speech Language Pathologist to join our outstanding team of healthcare professionals in both the outpatient and inpatient division of a busy hospital in Eldorado, IL. This position is not slated for a CFY so applicants must be a fully licensed, "stand-alone" SLP. Come be a part of a growing organization in a progressive, supportive, and innovative team!

What you need for this position:

  • Previous medical experience specializing in diagnosis and treatment of speech and language problems.
  • Speech Language Pathology Degree.
  • Illinois SLP license or ability to obtain a Illinois SLP license is required.

Our ideal candidate will have:

  • A Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Speech Language Pathology
  • The required state licensure, certification, and registration that is in good standing with the state or the ability to obtain the required state licensure
  • CPR/AED/BLS (basic life support) certification or the ability to obtain it prior to start of employment; maintain and provide proof of current certification(s)
  • The ability to stand, walk, and sit throughout the entire assigned shift
  • A high degree of professionalism in both written and verbal communication
  • The ability to work both independently and in a team environment, without constant supervision
  • Be able to maintain confidentiality
  • Strong computer skills, including proficiency with databases and Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
