Your Role
The IT Project Manager will be responsible for the end-to-end delivery of IT Infrastructure projects within the Reynolds Consumer Products IT organization. You will need to understand and manage the scope, lead the execution, report status, mitigate risks, and resolve the issues. Project areas will primarily include deployment of various IT and OT solutions (consisting mainly of cloud and on-premises components such as network, servers, workstations) into manufacturing sites, as well as some tangential Cybersecurity initiatives. The role requires excellent project management skills as well as general understanding of technology. You will have the opportunity to:
+ Work with various stakeholders across RCP IT and business groups, while coordinating the work of multiple vendors and partners.
+ Control the scope of projects and account for financials, following RCP project management process.
+ Initiate projects, define the scope, and align stakeholders.
+ Provide resources and spend planning on projects.
+ Provide status updates on projects including spend tracking and reporting.
+ Assess risk and issue management on projects.
+ Initiate change management and communications.
+ Provide hyper-care and release to operations.

We need you to have:
+ High school diploma or equivalent.
+ 1-2 years’ experience IT Project Management experience.
+ Excellent communication skills.
+ Ability to influence and lead.
+ Problem solving skills.
+ Strong technical and financial acumen.
Icing on the cake:
+ BS in EE or Computer Science.
+ PMP certification.
