The opportunity

Our Supply Chain practitioners work across a broad portfolio of clients and industry sectors, advising clients on strategy development through execution of the supply chain priorities in context of complex transactions and linked to their overall strategic priorities. We are a group of experienced professionals with a background in supply chain and operations. This enables us to bring a wealth of deep sector and functional knowledge across the supply chain to our clients.

We work with clients to translate their bold ambitions into implications for the supply chain, develop roadmaps to reimagine / transform the supply chains, deep dive into functional topics across the end-to-end supply chain, and roll up our sleeves and execute on their priorities.

Your key responsibilities

We are seeking Associates with interest and experience in Direct Material and Product Cost Reduction. You will conduct detailed and technical product analyses to determine best in class cost, design, and environmental footprint. You will assist with acquiring and developing tools that help our clients set and achieve their products’ financial and environmental goals. You will employ skills in Design, Value Analysis, Value Engineering, and “Design for X” across a product’s supply chain and across its lifetime to maximize the value of the product to our client and their customers.

To qualify for the role, you must have

+ A bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations, Analytics, or related field and one year of related work experience in manufacturing, procurement, or design.

+ Demonstrated aptitude for quantitative and qualitative analysis and the confidence to translate complex data into meaningful insights.

+ The ability to prioritize effectively on projects and the skills to adapt quickly to new challenges and concepts.

+ Ability to develop long-lasting relationships both internally and externally.

+ Must be willing and able to travel as needed.

What we offer

We offer a comprehensive compensation and benefits package where you’ll be rewarded based on your performance and recognized for the value you bring to the business. The base salary range for this job in all geographic locations in the US is $100,000 to $110,000. Individual salaries within those ranges are determined through a wide variety of factors including but not limited to education, experience, knowledge, skills and geography. In addition, our Total Rewards package includes medical and dental coverage, pension and 401(k) plans, and a wide range of paid time off options. Under our flexible vacation policy, you’ll decide how much vacation time you need based on your own personal circumstances. You’ll also be granted time off for designated EY Paid Holidays, Winter/Summer breaks, Personal/Family Care, and other leaves of absence when needed to support your physical, financial, and emotional well-being.
