Set on 245 wooded acres in New Liberty, Iowa - just outside the Quad Cities and 60 minutes from Iowa City. Trying new things, and learning new skills is what camp is all about! This position will run early June through early August. The Kitchen Assistant is responsible for the development and delivery of fresh, nutritious meals as well as maintaining cleanliness and sanitation of the kitchen and dishwashing area.
