Northwestern University is seeking a temporary full-time Program Assistant 3 for the Chicago campus.
Temporary Job Description:
· In-person front desk / reception support Mon-Fri 9am-5pm, greeting/directing visitors, facilitating deliveries, related customer service and troubleshooting.
· Assist/monitor space scheduling requests (via Feinberg’s EMS software / scheduling tool), prepping spaces for meetings/events
· Regular coordination with 625 N. Michigan building management, submitting/monitoring work orders via the building’s work order system, and communicating with administrative staff across three areas (Institute of Sexual & Gender Minority Health & Wellness (ISGMH), Center for Health Information & Partnerships (CHIP), Institute for Artificial Intelligence in Medicine (I.AIM)) regarding relevant building updates / needs / concerns.
