Job Description
Duties: Work with management to develop & improve key performance goals, including budgets, cost analysis, information flow, staffing & overall operational efficiency. Meet with staff to determine areas of needed improvement & develop & make recommendations to management for procedural & organizational changes. Develop & improve recordkeeping methods. Analyze financial data such as expenditures & revenue to recommend cost reduction measures. Assist management & personnel in implementing changes & track effectiveness of solutions.
Requirements: Two (2) years of undergraduate study or its foreign educational equivalent in Business, Commerce or Management plus two (2) years of experience in job offered or in any occupation/job title in which the experience/duties involved operations management & financial responsibility.
