Job Description
Capgemini America, Inc. (Sogeti division) seeks IT professionals to fill multiple positions in Chicago, IL and various unanticipated sites throughout the U.S. Entry through Sr. level positions available.
Duties: Lead stakeholders in the refinement of the project scope ensuring project requirements are properly translated into IT User Stories while coordinating with IT Project Delivery Leads. Develop and maintain project schedule and Work Breakdown Structure within Microsoft Project or ServiceNow PPM and develop project operations and support plan. Work with the Software Quality Assurance (SQA) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) teams to ensure privacy standards are followed. End to end management of large-scale and medium to high complexity projects within programs and standalone projects. Track and report project status and budget against plan to all stakeholders at all levels. Maintain RAID for project items. Identify, log, assign, and manage risks and issues and implement mitigation strategies, contingency plans, and communicate/escalate to stakeholders. Incorporate effective scope/change management impact assessment and controls. Facilitate project meetings including weekly status meetings, stakeholder meetings. Ensure project milestone deliverables are completed and approved at every stage of the project lifecycle. Assist with the continuous improvement of project management best practices, processes, and tools. Utilize experience with Project Management: Planview, Rational Clear Case, Rational Clear Quest, QuickBase, Sharepoint, RRC, RTC, Microsoft Office, PMP ( To manage projects using Waterfall and Agile) and CSM - GoodAgile (To manage projects using Agile); Methodologies: Agile, Waterfall; Databases: DB2 Database; and Operating Systems: Windows.
