The Opportunity
Delaware North Gaming is hiring full-time Slot Service Technicians to join our team at GEM in Rolling Meadows, Illinois. As a Slot Service Technician, you will be responsible for ensuring all video gaming technology machines are kept in good working order.

$16.00 – $19.00 / hour

Responsibilities
+ Ensure all GEM owned equipment is kept operational and in compliance with state regulations
+ Develop working knowledge of gaming machine parts as well as equipment operation and repair
+ Ensure all established policies and procedures are adhered to
+ Apply conflict resolution regarding gaming equipment issues
+ Work as an ambassador for GEM
Qualifications
+ Minimum of 2 years of related experience or training required
+ Must be comfortable securing, handling, and transporting large sums of currency
+ Intermediate computer skills
+ Maintain a valid driver’s license and must be able to maintain appropriate gaming license in accordance with the State of Illinois Requirements
+ General knowledge of gaming regulations
Physical Requirements
+ Ability to operate a motor vehicle for extended periods of time
+ Ability to lift up to 70 pounds
