Job Description
As our Director of IT, you will manage our IT staff and create a collaborative tech environment across all AMT locations. Working closely with executive staff in our Peoria, Illinois headquarters office, this Director will identify, develop, and implement cost-effective technology solutions.
Job Duties:
• Provide leadership, vision, and management to all the IT needs for AMT
• Manage IT Staff
• Oversee technical projects to align with organizational goals
• Support server, network, telecommunications, desktop, and mobile hardware, as well as business software and applications
• Manage IT vendor contracts and coordinate all IT asset procurement
• Maintain security and privacy of the information systems, communication lines, and equipment
• Create annual budget; hold department accountable to budget and explain variances throughout the year
• Manage security incident responses
• Reports directly to the Vice President of Administration but may also receive direction from the CEO.
