Job Description
· Full-time position, 3pm-11pm shift, some weekends and holidays required · Foster a meaningful relationship between the residents and their community · Assist residents with their daily living and independence skills/personal care · Committed to ensuring resident’s rights · Strong interpersonal, organizational, verbal and written communication skills · Ability to implement quality programming · Ability to demonstrate reliability, flexibility and adaptability · Ability to work as part of a team and independently; self -motivated · Able to work weekend
