We’re here for it. We think you should be too. We’re looking for a driven professional with an inclusive mindset to join our team as a Furniture Technician in Training. A day in the life as a Furniture Technician in Training

+ Assembles and adjusts furniture with hand tools, installing parts and hardware

+ Cleans, dust, and/or polishes furniture and glass parts

+ Inspects furniture pieces to verify and record completeness, damages, defects, and functionality

+ Practice color matching demonstrate tool recognition

+ Must learn and develop product knowledge

+ Performs light touch-ups and repairs to correct minor defects

+ Cleans up and disposes boxes, packing material, and pallets, as well as general housekeeping of facility and specific product line areas

+ Rotates through different departments, as necessary, to meet the demands of the business

+ Participates in ongoing training regarding technology upgrades and new systems applicable to the position

What you’ll bring to the table…

+ Helpful, but not necessary, to have an art background. Understanding color and how to match colors is essential

+ Worked with hands in furniture, manufacturing, or related field

+ Ability to work in a team environment

+ Attention to detail

+ Basic English Language proficiency

+ 1+ years previous related work experience

+ High School Diploma or GED equivalent
