Position Summary
Work with Directors of Engineering and Operations Process Improvement team to develop funding requirements for process improvements. Maintain a list of process improvements and layout changes that are to be made via change control process. Engage with Engineering and Operations Process Improvement for end-of-life equipment list. Be the custodian and liaison with the simulation development consultants. Be able to run and instruct those needed to run the various simulation models. Develop a library of data feeds for the simulation models.
Required Qualifications
+ 5 + years of work experience in engineering and process improvement
+ 5 + years of experience with AutoCAD
+ 5+ years of experience driving development of business intelligence reporting, including supervision of others’ work
+ 5+ years of strong acumen for analytical modeling in Microsoft Excel
+ Willingness and ability to travel for onsite quarterly meetings, 15%
Preferred Qualifications
+ AutoMod experience
+ Putting together estimates for capital projects
+ B.S. in Engineering
+ Analyze engineering-design concepts and proposals for new automation equipment, processes, and facilities
+ Strong CAD ability
+ Ability to collaborate with internal and external partners
+ Knowledge of process equipment similar to dispensing equipment
+ Ability to develop process flow charts and maintain library of all conceptual layouts and labor models
+ Ability to participate in a collaborative process development and improvement
+ Proficient in training staff on simulation models
+ Proficient with Microsoft Office/365 suite of software products.
EducationBachelors degree required; comparable work experience will be considered
Pay Range
The typical pay range for this role is:
$79,200.00 – $174,200.00
This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above. This position also includes an award target in the company’s equity award program.
