Job Summary:
The Assistant Director will manage, develop, and assess programs and activities focusing on intersectional identity development, and leadership efficacy and capacity building offered by Multicultural Student Affairs, one of three areas within Campus Inclusion & Community. Additionally, the Assistant Director will serve as a resource to the university community on the experiences of Middle Eastern and North African/Arab college students utilizing an intersectional framework, student development theory, research, and best practices.
Please note: some evenings and weekends required.
Pay Range: The pay range for the Assistant Director of Multicultural Student Affairs position is $60,000-62,000, depending on experience, skills, and internal equity.
Principal Accountabilities:
