Position Summary

This is a Hybrid position – Work From Home and Downers Grove Office

Responsible for supporting the development, implementation and ongoingmanagement of project(s). Performs data collection, analytical research and root cause analysis. Identifies issues that may stall project and addresses them. Edits and maintains project-related materials. Tracks and monitors progress against timeline and key milestones, may also track project related financial expenditures. Actively participates in the development of thecommunications materials on project status to all impacted parties. Activelyparticipates on development of implementation plan to ensure all impactedparties (up stream/down stream) are informed of next steps for completion.May assist with project logistics including agenda, meeting arrangementsand minutes.Required Qualifications

+ 3+ years in reporting, analytics, program implementation and/or metrics

+ Proven track record meeting project dates.

+ Strong organizational skills to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and meet assignment deadlines with minimal supervision – resolution focused with a high attention to detail, accuracy, problem solving, and follow up

+ Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook

+ Knowledge of internal systems such as Salesforce and MedCompass is preferred


+ High School Diploma/GED or equivalent experience (Associates or Bachelor preferred)

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is:

$19.52 – $42.91

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
