3M is seeking a Full-Time Warehouse Operator?located in DeKalb, IL. This position is Full-time on 3rd Shift. Hours are Sunday 10:30pm – Friday 6:30am
Job Description:
The person hired for the position of Warehouse Operator will work in our 3M Distribution Center. Assignment could be anywhere from hand assembly, running machinery, warehouse general work or packaging.Responsibilities:
+ Work at various machines or stations assembling product or operating machinery, picking and/or packaging finished goods, and/or inspecting products
+ Use computers as needed to run process operation, input data, update inventory, etc.
+ Follow operating procedures and customer specifications to produce quality products which are delivered to customer on time
+ Fill and process orders for shipment
+ Picking and Packing Orders
+ Checking for damaged or missing items
Required:
+ Possess a High School Diploma/GED or higher
+ Work some weekends, overtime, extended hours and holidays as needed.
+ Desired:
+ Minimum one (1) year of experience in a warehouse operations role in a private, public, government of military environment
+ Demonstrated attention to detail
+ Strong written & verbal communication skills
+ Basic computer skills
Pay & Benefits:+ Competitive Salary – 3rd Shift Base Pay is $19.95/hr with a $2.00/hr shift premium
