Your Role:
The Procurement Coordinator, responsible for order management, pricing management, supporting manufacturing sites and corporate functions. The ideal candidate is looking for an opportunity to drive procurement activities that include order management, pricing management and Procure-to-Pay process improvements. You will work with closely with stakeholders at manufacturing sites, corporate functions, and vendors to ensure timely delivery, accurate pricing, and process excellence in Procure-to Pay. You will have the opportunity to:
+ Management of purchase orders. Including, but not limited to maintain purchase orders, pricing, payment terms accuracy and on-time delivery.
+ Coordination of Procure-to-Pay process for Procurement Operations.
+ Centralized point of contact for vendors.
+ Support of the Procurement Operations Team backup.

We need you to have:
+ BA/BS degree in Finance, Business, or related field.
+ 2-4 years’ experience in Procurement
+ Proficient in MS Office.
+ Proficient in SAP.
+ Experience with Ariba.
+ Excellent written and verbal professional communications skills, including presentation skills and the ability to communicate and influence at all levels within the organization.
+ Self-directed with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple accountabilities and multiple internal customers.
+ Strong analytical skills as well as organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
+ Ability to work a flexible schedule during key business deadlines.
+ Must be team oriented with the ability to work on high collaboration and performance teams.

Job Requirements
