Stryker is seeking to hire a Program Analyst to support Stryker Sage. This role is hybrid, Monday-Wednesday on-site, and located in Cary, IL. Sage | Stryker (https://www.stryker.com/us/en/sage.html)

What you will do:
As a Program Analyst, you will participate in the achievement of the PMO’s objectives through data analysis, metrics and trending. You will work directly with the PMO directors to provide information to enable data driven decisions. The Project Analyst gains stakeholder trust, and maintains open communication channels with stakeholders, including development teams and sponsors. You will also contribute to continuous improvement efforts.
Other Responsibilities:
- Contribute to the development of the project charter and recommend tradeoffs within projects using reporting tools and data.
- Assist in the development of the project scope using reporting tools and data. Alert manager of scope excursions.
- Complete assigned tasks according to established timeline. Assist in the development of a detailed project Gantt chart.
- Collaborate in the development of the budget using reporting tools and data.
- Participate in the development of Quality Project Planning and Execution
- Partner in the establishment of risk management plans and support effective risk analysis and risk mitigation planning for the PMO.
- Contribute to the development of a Procurement Management Plan and provide data to support supplier selection.
- Provide support on rescheduling, and resource allocation in the program plan and support program gating processes.
- Establish and maintain partnerships with internal and external PMO cross functional stakeholders.
- Produce weekly and monthly PMO metric reports using dashboards and metrics to measure success.
- Contributes data analysis expertise for short- and long-term strategic planning process activities
- Leads projects. May support a high complexity program. Builds productive working relationships with departments that are key partners (e.g., R&D and Marketing).
- Effective communicator and presenter: understands how to engage diverse audiences, adjust as appropriate and checks for understanding along the way * Understand the importance of networking and utilizing that network to improve individual job performance.
- Actively seeks to understand how goals fit into broader organizational goals * Works to build customer centric solutions that are flexible as needs change, and incorporates customer feedback quickly.
- Can consolidate large amounts of data, pinpoint valuable information free of personal bias to make timely and durable decisions.
- Understands when to take risk and when to escalate, evaluating issues based on parts, patterns and relationships.
WHAT YOU NEED:
Required :
- Bachelor’s degree required. Management, business, finance or engineering concentration preferred.
- 2+ years of experience working with on in a project management office.
Preferred :
- Experience leading a project or parts of a project.
- Experience in a regulated industry.
- Experience reporting and translating data in MS Excel.
- PMP or equivalent preferred.
