We are searching for aMaster Data Operations Analystto join our team located at our headquarters in Lake Forest, IL.
Your Role:
As the Master Data Operations Analyst, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining Master Data right the first time and in compliance with established Service Level Agreements (SLAs). In the role you will collaborate with the Senior Master Data Operations Manager, Product Commercialization Managers and members of the commercialization cross-functional team to create and maintain material master data in line with the needs and objectives of the projects you support. Additionally, you will act as the responsible party for the remediation of master data quality issues noted by stakeholders and exception reporting. You will have the opportunity to:
+ Create new material master data as part of product commercialization projects assigned.
+ Maintain existing material master data based on feedback from key stakeholders and data quality exception reports.
+ Document and refine the material master data setup work instructions to ensure every Master Data Operations Analyst can support any product commercialization project.
+ Learn and put into practice business unit-specific material master data setup process steps.

We need you to have:
+ High school diploma, or equivalent.
+ 1+ years of experience with SAP master data.
+ 1+ years of experience with SAP in general.
+ Expertise in the use of Microsoft Office tools (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams and SharePoint).
Icing on the cake:
+ BA/BS in Information Technology, Finance, Supply Chain Management or a related field.
