Job Description

Advisors for various and unanticipated worksites throughout the U.S. (HQ: Chicago, IL). Lead and manage client and partner engagements across an array of projects ranging from client onboarding to consultancy, while proactively providing the best-in-class insights and deliverables. Collaborate in the development of appropriate training materials, support the transfer of knowledge, professional service engagements, and complex initiatives for success. Validate Global Fraud Solutions platforms and solutions effectiveness. Identify root causes of issues, while ensuring appropriate actions are identified, executed, and processes are implemented. Focus on client satisfaction by investigating and resolving issues raised by clients, partners, and internal stakeholders. Work cross-departmentally (sales, solution architecture, product development, data science, and professional services) to address concerns in a professional and timely matter. Manage a global portfolio of strategic clients and partners, across several verticals within Global Fraud Solutions, whilst accelerating time-to-revenue, increasing adoption of solutions with consistent, dedicated management. Mentor and train new hires. Technical Environment: SME on Fraud Solutions platforms and services, Fraud Solutions root cause analysis, Management of Fraud and Risk teams in Utilities and Telecoms, design and implementation of fraud management frameworks and processes, Lean Six Sigma, Visio, RAID Logs, Business Analysis, Project Management, Third Party Client consultation, Leading and delivering strategic initiatives. 37.5 hrs/wk.
