Job Description
Responsible for maintenance and repair of site buildings, facility infrastructure, and production equipment. Duties will fall into a variety of trades such as HVAC, fabrication, plumbing, electrical, mechanical, and life safety systems and will include:
Performing preventative maintenance on site buildings, production equipment, and facility infrastructure.
Recommend and implement preventative maintenance improvements to increase reliability and equipment up time.
Work with PLC control systems.
Identify and repair equipment before a failure occurs
Fix potential safety hazards to avoid injuries
Lead subcontractors on improvement projects.
Waste Water Treatment – class K operator
Estimate repair costs, generate parts lists for work to be completed, purchase job materials
Maintain electronic record keeping of systems and preventative maintenance actions
