Job Description

As a member of the Student Affairs senior leadership team, the Dean of Students provides leadership to the Office of Student Accountability & Support, Student Life, Student Engagement & Leadership (Greek Life and Civic Engagement & Volunteerism), and the Student Legal Services (SLS), areas of the Student Affairs portfolio. The Dean of Students works closely with the Vice President for Student Affairs. The Dean leads efforts related to crisis management, campus violence prevention and threat assessment, including training, resource development, and compliance with all applicable federal and state laws. The Dean will be a visible presence and advocate for the student body. Salary Range: $100,000 - $120,000, commensurate with experience. Preferred start date is June 3, 2024.
