Chemours is seeking a Senior Manager, Cybersecurity Digital Technology to join our growing Cyber & Information Security team. This position will report directly to the Chief Information Security Officer and may be located remotely .

As the Senior Manager, Cybersecurity Digital Technology, you will play a critical role in ensuring the security and protection of Chemours technical assets. You will collaborate with various teams, including IT, legal, manufacturing, and executive leadership, to develop and implement security strategies. This position will own the architecture, engineering, and technology operations of Identity & Access Management (IAM), network security, cloud security, Microsoft Cybersecurity Reference Architecture (MCRA), Operational Technology (OT) Cybersecurity, and data protection. You will guide a dynamic team in developing and implementing innovative cybersecurity strategies, leveraging advanced technologies and frameworks to safeguard our digital assets against evolving cyber threats.

The responsibilities of the position include, but are not limited to, the following:

+ Define the long-term vision for cybersecurity digital technology aligned to business goals, risk tolerance, and industry trends.

+ Develop and implement a comprehensive cybersecurity digital technology strategy, encompassing IAM, network security, cloud security, MCRA, OT cybersecurity, and data protection.

+ Provide strategic guidance to address current and emerging cyber threats effectively.

+ Direct the cybersecurity architecture & engineering team in the implementation and maintenance of cybersecurity solutions across various digital and manufacturing technologies.

+ Collaborate with other departments to implement effective risk mitigation strategies and ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards.

+ Oversee the allocation of resources (financial, human, and technological) to support cybersecurity initiatives.

+ Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning to keep the team at the forefront of cybersecurity technologies.

+ Secure cloud environments (IaaS, PaaS, and SaaS) by integrating security measures into cloud architecture and services, following best practices and compliance standards.

+ Leverage the MCRA to design and implement cybersecurity solutions by enhancing the organization’s cybersecurity capabilities and resilience across various digital platforms.

+ Work with engineering teams to create and apply strategies that protect operational technology systems and blend cybersecurity solutions seamlessly into the organization’s OT infrastructure.

The following is required for this role:

+ Bachelor’s degree or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or related field

+ Minimum 15 years of progressive experience in Cybersecurity and Information Technology, with at least 10 years in a senior technical leadership role

+ Proficient in designing and implementing robust security architectures, which encompass firewalls, encryption mechanisms, and access controls.

+ Effectively communicates strategic plans, risks, and security protocols to various stakeholders, including executives, employees, and external partners.

+ Skillfully analyzes security incidents, risk assessments, and compliance reports, making well-informed decisions to enhance risk management and mitigate threats.

The following is preferred for this role:

+ Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), Certified Information Security Manager (CISM), Certified Cloud Security Professional (CCSP), or other relevant certifications are preferred

+ While working under pressure, must pay meticulous attention to security policies, configurations, and audits. A keen eye for detail will help maintain robust defenses.

+ Expertise in performing Cybersecurity business operations effectively.

Pay Range (in local currency):

$150,528.00 – $235,200.00

Annual Bonus Target:

18%
