We are currently looking for a Receiving Associate to join our team and rise to the challenge of empowering service. Position Highlights:

The Receiving Associate is responsible for the timely and accurate processing of incoming domestic

and international shipments via various couriers.

What You’ll Do:

+ Handle inbound and outbound packages and input into SAP financial system. Scans, records and distributes packages.

+ Performs duties associated with shipping and receiving of materials.

+ Researching proper package recipients.

+ Notifies employees upon receipt of inbound personal deliveries.

+ Distributes packages to appropriate staff member.

+ Fulfills club supplies orders either in-person or online.

+ Acts as point of contact for staff on package inquiries.

+ May load or unload packages from delivery vehicles on a low/high volume basis.

+ Perform duties associated with the engraving machinery.

+ Supports other Mail Services department duties as assigned.

We’re Looking for Someone With:

+ High School Diploma or equivalent experience.

+ A minimum of one to two years in a mail service role.

+ Experience with high volume of work and ability to meet deadlines.
