We are currently looking for a Mail Services Associate to join our team and rise to the challenge of empowering service. Position Highlights:

The Mail Service Associate is responsible for the timely and accurate processing of outgoing

domestic and international shipments, handling, sorting and distributing incoming and outbound mail,

processing statements and handling of mailings

What You’ll Do:

+ Accurately processes outgoing domestic and international shipments.

+ Handles department projects like awards and recognition and other mailings.

+ Operates machinery to complete monthly statement processing.

+ Accurately sorts mail for distribution.

+ Accurately delivers and distributes mail throughout organization on foot, via delivery cart.

+ Schedules daily mail pick-ups and drop offs for United States Postal Service (USPS).

+ Coordinates, schedules, and processes small, large, and other bulk mail requests using appropriate equipment and software.

+ Coordinates timely distribution of packages from the Print Shop.

+ Maintains accurate records of mail processing cost centers and cost through PB mail equipment.

+ Maintains an adequate inventory of supplies to organization demands; engages with managers as necessary.

+ May serve as a back-up for all other Mail Services duties in the event of employee absence.

+ May be required to provide training for other departmental staff as necessary.

We’re Looking for Someone With:

+ High School Diploma or equivalent experience.

+ A minimum of one to two years in a mail service role.

+ Experience with high volume of work and ability to meet deadlines.
