Technical Support Resource Position Location: Flexible About the Role: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Technical Support Resource to join our Product Support team. This is a fantastic opportunity for an individual who is passionate about troubleshooting technical issues and working closely with clients and developers to ensure a seamless user experience. Total compensation is $75,000 - $95,000+ DOE. US Citizen or Permanent Work Authorization (Green Card) required. Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with clients, consultants, and our development team to reproduce reported software bugs. Utilize debugging tools and techniques to recreate and identify issues. Maintain thorough documentation of bug reproduction steps. Communicate effectively with developers, providing detailed information for bug resolution. If the bug cannot be reproduced, add appropriate logs and information to assist developers in diagnosing the issue. Prioritize and manage multiple bug reports simultaneously. Assist in verifying bug fixes before they are deployed. Qualifications: Relevant technical training or coursework, or equivalent practical experience is acceptable. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Basic understanding of debugging tools and techniques. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Eagerness to learn and collaborate in a fast-paced technical environment. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Familiarity with programming languages (preferred but not required).
