Responsibilities
What you can expect:
You will join a team build on collaboration and working cross-functionally. You should be familiar with fundamental data science methodologies, tools (e.g., Python, NumPy, Pandas, SQL, etc.) and techniques and we will help you apply these to answer key business questions. The internship will be centered on a project crucial to the business and require you to turn research insights and data into a clear story that inspires action. Empathy for the shopper, their daily lives, and various activities that impact them will also be discovered in this role. Locations will vary and are determined closer to the internship start date.

Responsibilities may include:
* Collaborate with our Strategy, Category Managers, Brand Insights, and Marketing teams to understand their key objectives.
* Address key business issues or strategic opportunities (shopper focused)
* Synthesize data and insights across multiple sources.
* Customize Modern ML systems, including NLP, Deep RL, and/or Graph Neural Networks.

Qualifications
What we’re looking for:
* Currently pursuing a degree in: Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Engineering, Economics, Business Administration, or other Business-related majors (other majors may be considered).
* Experience and familiarity with NumPy, Pandas, Pytorch, and Snowflake/SQL
* Comfort in lower-level API's in an accelerated linear algebra framework that supports automatic differentiation with expansive experience in regularization.
* Experience with Bayes regression, inference, MCMC, and/or Bayes hierarchical models.
* Prior knowledge and/or experience with a consumer-packaged goods corporation is preferred.
* Experience and functional familiarity with software development and data engineering best practices.
* Ideal candidates demonstrate strong collaborative, analytical, data management and mining skills.
* Exemplary communication, analytical thinker, and leadership skills.
* Proven leadership capabilities.

Minimum Qualifications - Each candidate is expected to:
* Graduate with MBA degree within one (1) year of internship completion. Graduation date between December 2024 and May 2025.
* This position is limited to persons with indefinite right to work in the United States.

* The expected compensation hourly pay ranges for hires into our 2024 campus intern openings is $55 – $56/hour.
* Role, degree discipline, degree level, and location are part of the process when determining actual starting salary for positions
* Hourly pay for our campus hires is pre-determined and non-negotiable
