PepsiCo’s Beverages North America - Central Team (PBNA) is looking for a strategic, results-oriented and creative individuals to be a part of our exciting Marketing growth agenda in our key priority accounts in the Central Division. The Retail landscape is facing tremendous change which is forcing customers to look for new growth opportunities in order to drive traffic and basket size. As such, Shopper marketing has become a key lever for PepsiCo in helping our customers drive differentiation in the marketplace and identify new growth opportunities.

This role will help ignite consumer thirst for our PepsiCo beverage portfolio in Central Division. This person will be responsible for developing and driving shopper marketing plans for the beverage trademarks in our priority customers. The work includes partnering with the national brand team, multiple cross-functional internal and external teams, and agency partners to develop and execute shopper marketing programs that deliver both short-term and long-term results for the assigned customers. This person will support the strategic retail marketing agenda that will drive volume, share, topline growth, and digital consumer engagement with a goal of exceeding industry benchmarks on led campaigns. This role will hone in on skills such as building strong team dynamics, dealing with ambiguity, influencing up to the highest levels of the organization, and driving for results.

The Sr. Shopper Marketing Analyst will be responsible for the day-to-day support related to development, execution and analysis of various shopper marketing initiatives in PBNA’s Central Division.

* Develop and execute Shopper Marketing initiatives that create a deeper relationship, engagement and conversion with shoppers at priority customers
* Partner with key internal and external stakeholders to build post-program analyses that optimize shopper programming in the future
* Support Shopper Marketing Director to set the Shopper Marketing Agenda for key division accounts, uncovering the core shopper insights, setting objectives, developing & executing the plan as well as tracking success
* Collaborate with key Joint Business Planning stakeholders to build annual customer plans. This requires liaising with Sales, Commercial Planning, and Category Management teams to plan and develop marketing activations that deliver on identified KPIs/results
* Develop ongoing relationships with retailer marketing teams to align on and build out the full year agenda
* Work closely with eComm and Retail Media teams to implement digital strategies at priority retailers
* Lead digital media plans across multiple retailers using external vendors and/or Retail Media Networks
* Leverage national brand strategies/programs to drive efficiencies and effectively localize programming & activations
* Effectively manage budget
* Manage agency relationships to deliver breakthrough programs and creative that drive unique point of difference for our brands within the division

Compensation and Benefits:
* The expected compensation range for this position is between $68,000 - $113,850 based on a full-time schedule.
* Location, confirmed job-related skills and experience will be considered in setting actual starting salary.
* Bonus based on performance and eligibility; target payout is 8% of annual salary paid out annually.
* Paid time off subject to eligibility, including paid parental leave, vacation, sick, and bereavement.

* Undergraduate Degree Required
* 3+ years prior Marketing experience if undergrad; 1 year prior Marketing experience if advanced degree
* Passion for connecting with consumers in meaningful ways
* Great presentation skills to engage internal and external audiences
* Proven expertise in managing the agency process from brief to delivering best in class ideas
* Clear bias for action with the ability to move quickly while also adapt to change
* Strong project management skills leading cross-functional teams and influencing key stakeholders
* Must demonstrate strong interpersonal and leadership skills for interaction with internal/external senior leaders and customers
* Exceptional analytical skills with a proven ability to work through data to find opportunities and actional insights
* An understanding of how consumer insights drive the development of effective marketing campaigns and programming
* Excellent multi-tasking, project management and prioritization skills with the ability to work across multiple accounts
* Thrives on change and handles ambiguity well within a fast-paced environment
* Strong budget management skills
* High proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, Multimedia platforms to develop visually impactful presentations and marketing programs
* eComm, and Commercial experience preferred
* Digital Media experience required
* Up to 15% travel required
