Transformation Manager, Citizen Developer, Nexus Solutions&Tools

Overview
PBNA has embarked on a multi-year journey to deploy the PepsiCo Global Template (PGT), an enterprise-wide SAP S/4HANA solution covering all aspects of business operations. As part of that journey, a Sustain organization called Nexus has been created. Within Nexus, a Solutions and Tools team has been established to enable our Nexus functional teams and end-users with automation and process improvement solutions. The Solutions and Tools Manager will use their technical skills, curiosity, and creativity to design solutions that integrate with the broader SAP landscape. The Manager will also play a project management role, ensuring projects are delivered efficiently and on a timely basis. This role requires strong collaboration, requirements-gathering experience, and problem-solving skills to build and enhance solutions. The Solutions and Tools Manager will play a key role in driving innovation, streamlining processes, and automating tasks.

Responsible for the end-to-end development of new functionality and capabilities, this role delivers prioritized requests by defining and refining stakeholder requirements and executing the delivery lifecycle (design, build, test, deploy).

Examples of Third-Party tools for which the Manager will develop solutions includes: Winshuttle, WalkMe, and Microsoft 365 Power Platform (PowerApps, Power Automate, PowerBI.) Knowledge of SAP processes, including the back-end tables, is strongly preferred since the solutions built by the team center around SAP. Working with system data, capturing improvement/usage metrics, and developing insights to create/enhance solutions is expected. Managing developer resources and mentoring team members will also be a responsibility of the Solutions and Tools Manager.

Responsibilities
Requirements Gathering:
* Meet with functional support teams and business teams to discuss pain points and process opportunities. Conduct sessions to quickly assess the right tool for the job, and pull out key requirements and features that will deliver the most value.

Solution Design and Build:
* Design, Build, Test, and iterate solutions using the tool that best suits the need. This could include one or more of the following applications:
* WalkMe Digital Adoption Platform
* Microsoft’s Power Platform (PowerApps, PowerAutomate, PowerBI)
* Winshuttle (SAP scripting tool)
* Excel VBA
* Other tools to be added in the future

User Acceptance Testing / Deployment:
* Review solutions with requestors, confirm the solutions meet their needs, gain approval, and coordinate the go-live activities.

Reporting, Monitoring, and Continuous Improvement
* Monitor solutions, analyze usage and adoption data, refine solutions as needed, and report-out on the value and results of the built solutions

Compensation and Benefits:
* The expected compensation range for this position is between $98,700 - $165,150 based on a full-time schedule.
* Location, confirmed job-related skills and experience will be considered in setting actual starting salary.
* Bonus based on performance and eligibility; target payout is 12% of annual salary paid out annually.
* Paid time off subject to eligibility, including paid parental leave, vacation, sick, and bereavement.

Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in information systems, business, engineering, or a related field
* Strong technical skills, including writing code
* Experience implementing SAP preferred
* Strong analytical skills, with proficiency in data analysis tools (ex. Excel, PowerBI)
* Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities
* Experience with learning, establishing, and supporting 3rd Party Tools
* Track record of implementing creative solutions using technical know-how
* Strong project management skills, including project planning and execution
* Effective communication and interpersonal skills
* Detail-oriented with a focus on continuous improvement and innovation
* Previous experience gathering and refining development requirements
