Account Executive, Carelon Behavioral Health Client Partnerships

This position will work a hybrid model (remote and office), 1-2 times per week. The Ideal candidate will live within 50 miles of one of our Elevance Health PulsePoint locations.

The Account Executive I for Carelon Behavioral Health Client Partnerships is responsible for strengthening existing relationships within the Carelon / Anthem-Wellpoint as a Client relationship while building new relationships with health plan targets to drive growth across all Carelon Behavioral Health products.

The role reports to, and will be supported by, the VP of Carelon Customer Success in engaging and managing the partnerships and growth agenda within the National Accounts, EAP, and Individual Market Segment Business Units, across all Carelon Behavioral Health solutions.

How you will make an impact:

+ Supports the execution of delegated contractual responsibilities, drives market performance and cost of care strategy within the National Accounts, EAP, and Individual Market Segment Business Units.

+ Collaborates with and influences internal partners, within Clinical, Network, Product, Finance, etc. to resolve market issues and coordinate resolution.

+ Provides support for market meetings and presentations and helps prepare materials for proposals and updates on growth opportunities.

+ Supports rebid or renewal process for accounts, including renewal analysis and preparation of client facing materials.

+ Develops and maintains relationships with external stakeholders to ensure customer success.

+ Perform special projects or participates in select initiatives as assigned.

+ Leads and influences communications with market leadership on company value proposition and alignment to market strategy.

+ Partner with Customer Success team counterparts to influence and ensure market level strategy is top priority.

Minimum Requirements:

+ Requires a BA/BS and a minimum of 3 years of experience in account management or sales; or any combination of education and experience which would provide an equivalent background.

Preferred Skills, Capabilities, and Experiences:

+ Behavioral health knowledge a plus.

+ Healthcare or managed care experience preferred.

For candidates working in person or remotely in the below locations, the salary* range for this specific position is $66,320 to $119,376
