Job Description
Lead and manage domestic and cross-border infrastructure and other energy-related projects, including renewable energy. Represent private and public investors, developers, utilities, and sponsors in connection with the development, acquisition, sale, and financing of infrastructure and energy assets in the United States and abroad. Review, prepare, analyze, and negotiate legal agreements for these transactions. Assign and review legal research, and provide legal advice to address the complex legal problems that arise in these transactions. Supervise 7 Associate lawyers.
