Job Description
A company located in downtown Chicago is searching for their next Direct Hire Practice Manager! Join this company that rewards performance, recognizes potential and offers upward mobility and opportunities! The Direct Hire Practice Manager is responsible for driving revenue for the company's direct hire business. This induvial will execute by meeting weekly metrics, building new business opportunities, and train and develop a small team. Other duties include:
Source and attract new business
Meet weekly KPIs
Maintain effective communication with prospects and existing customers
Provide support to team and cultivate positive company culture
Reach target pricing goals
Direct Hire!
Regular Business Hours
Hybrid (3 days per week in office)
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree preferred, not required
3 or more years in staffing industry a plus
Proven sales record and ability to successfully build clientele
Metrics driven and excellent communication skills
