Job Description
Facilitate the successful execution of technically challenged multi-family mixed-use
projects.
Manage budget and financial reporting, interpreted and analyzed reports to
ensure adherence to project budget.
Manage the financial aspect of the contract (rental equipment, income/expenses, etc.) to protect the Company’s interest and simultaneously maintain a good relationship with the client(s).
Prepare initial master schedule and overseen updates.
Attend and lead project meetings, including progress, pre-construction and
closing.
Ensure strict adherence to ethics and compliance requirements throughout.
Provide leadership in risk evaluation, contract negotiations, fee, and pricing
decisions.
Oversee cost control and performed quantity takeoff, meticulously reviewed bid
proposals, and negotiated contracts.
Implement Thorough knowledge of construction cost, schedule, estimating,
purchasing, and engineering principles and techniques.
Manage the Statement of Work with the customer, ensuring COR’s are developed
appropriately according to RFC drawings.
Issue CR/NCR’s to Sub Contractor performed work.
Conduct safety orientations to enhance and promote job site safety.
Position requirements: Bachelor’s degree or a foreign equivalent degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or related field plus five years of experience working as a Project Manager or related field.
