Job Description
Cardinal Intellectual Property is seeking an IP Docketing Specialist who will be responsible for the daily administration of intellectual property client dockets. This position involves performing primary docketing functions and managing client communications and electronic records.

Position Responsibilities/Duties:
The IP Docketing Specialist will complete the following tasks:
Administer trademark and patent application information, activity, and deadlines in the CPi docketing software platform while following standard client docket procedures;
Review correspondence to determine deadlines using applicable rules and calendaring software in CPi;
Communicate and collaborate with team members and clients to review and confirm deadlines and instructions;
Respond to inquiries from attorneys and legal assistants regarding deadlines and activity;
And Generate docket reports.
Required Skills and Abilities:
Fluency with standard business software systems, such as Microsoft Office.
Experience with CPi docketing platform software.
Qualifications:
Required Qualifications:
Approximately 1+ years of experience in a corporate or law firm IP department.
Experience with CPi.
Ability to research rules and correctly calculate deadlines, preferred.
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, high-volume environment with a high level of accuracy.
1+ years of college or a paralegal certificate
