The South region Sales Executive role, sought by the Enterprise Health Team, aims to boost revenue. It requires building customer relationships, implementing sales strategies and ensuring client satisfaction. Responsibilities Achieving individual sales goal for Health and Welfare administration services and related products Developing and executing sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets for the South Region Collecting and communicate market intelligence on products/services and incorporate it into sales client planning process Building relationships with key stakeholders in the healthcare industry to drive sales growth Creating and executing a sales strategy to meet or exceed revenue targets Providing input on pricing decisions striving to sell at the highest possible profit margin Maximizing the use of sanctioned tools including but not limited to Salesforce.com Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities within the healthcare industry Requirements Have excellent negotiation and closing skills to secure new business and renewals Possess experience in HR outsourcing, particularly in Health and Welfare Administration Be able to build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers of all levels Understand the complexities of the healthcare industry and how our solutions can address them Have 10 years of experience selling enterprise health solutions to large corporations in the South region Be able to travel minimum 30% within the South Region and occasionally nationally for meetings/events Bachelor's Degree required Flexible Working So that you can be your best at work and home, we consider flexible working arrangements wherever possible.
