Job Description Summary
The Integration Specialist supports FIRST Insurance external clients in implementing, utilizing, and troubleshooting turnkey integrations. The Integration Specialist must have advanced knowledge of the FIRSTs core application and how it integrates with several external platforms to properly service clients. The role requires a strong focus on the client experience and an understanding of our products and services.
What Youll Do
- Responsible for ensuring that Sales and clients/partners understand how the integrations work technically and how they will meet the clients needs.
- Participate in client discussions about FIRSTs turnkey integrations and follow up on these discussions with standardized action plans to move projects forward.
- Coordinate the client on-boarding using FIRSTs standardized processes ensuring that all steps are completed to the clients satisfaction and that all FIRSTs requirements are met.
- Provide online training to clients and their staff verify they are understand and can properly utilize FIRSTs system.
- Maintain a high-level understanding of FIRSTs core application and deep knowledge of FIRSTs integration with various external systems.
- Provide intermediate to advanced troubleshooting support on issues with integrations raised by internal and external users
- Perform user acceptance testing on both internal and external systems with a focus on the client experience.
- Collaborate with AVP and VP Business Solutions to conduct post-implementation reviews to assess how integrations are performing and make recommendations for improvements.
- Advocate on behalf of clients for implementation of new features and resolution of bugs.
Knowledge/Skills/Background/Experience
- 1-3+ years experience with First Insurance Funding's systems
