What You'll Do
As the NetSuite Administrator at REMPREX, you will play a pivotal role in optimizing Oracle NetSuite ERP systems. You will demonstrate your expertise in customizing and configuring NetSuite, managing integrations, and enhancing business processes. You will bring with you in-depth knowledge and hands-on experience with the Oracle NetSuite ERP system and a broad understanding and appreciation of accounting and business operations. You will have the unique opportunity to lead all financial budgeting and forecasting, provide ERP decisions, and deliver NetSuite administrative support & business systems analysis.
Responsibilities
Demonstrate in-depth knowledge and proficiency in Oracle NetSuite ERP system administration and configuration.
Act as the primary point of contact for NetSuite-related queries and issues.
Customize and configure NetSuite to meet the unique requirements of transportation and intermodal business processes.
Exhibit proficiency in Suite Script, Suite Flow, and Suite Builder for customizations.
Possess the ability to write complex queries to extract, analyze, and manipulate data from the ERP system.
Generate custom reports tailored to the specific needs of various departments.
Comprehensive understanding of Sales, Operations, and Finance/Accounting processes within the organization.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align ERP functionalities with business requirements.
Utilize analytical skills to interpret ERP data and provide actionable insights to management.
Identify trends, anomalies, and areas for improvement, contributing to strategic decision-making.
Apply skills in process reengineering to enhance and optimize existing business processes within the ERP system.
Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for efficiency gains and implement improvements.
What You'll Need
Required:
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business, or related field
Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience as an ERP Systems Analyst
Proven expertise in Oracle NetSuite ERP system administration and configuration
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Demonstrated proficiency with writing reports and complex searches in NetSuite (this is 90+% of your data needs)
General understanding of SQL
Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment
Strong understanding of Sales, Operations, and Finance/Accounting processes
Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable direction
Experience in process reengineering and optimization
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Preferred:
Experience with CASH360 features and dashboarding
Previous project management experience

Location and Work Hours
This role is based out of our corporate headquarters in Lisle, Illinois and offers a hybrid work schedule. This role is a full-time position working a standard 40-hour workweek (Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM).
