We currently have an opportunity for a Talent Acquisition Representative (Temporary)located at our headquarters in Lake Forest, IL.

Your Role:

The Talent Acquisition Representative (Temporary) will perform full life cycle recruiting, including managing requisitions, sourcing candidates, coordinating interviews, negotiating offers, and coordinating hires. Leverage industry knowledge to execute innovative recruiting and sourcing activities. Manage stakeholder expectations through clear and responsive oral and written communication. Utilize Applicant Tracking system to report and track recruiting efforts. You will have the opportunity to:

+ Responsible for full cycle recruitment for headquarters positions and other salaried field positions as identified. Regularly managing around 15 requisitions.

+ Screens resumes, interviews candidates, administers appropriate assessments, and makes recommendations for hire (or candidate rejection).

+ Manages the internal candidate interview process.

+ Manages relationships with staffing agencies for any direct hire and temporary staffing needs. Maintain and update the approved vendors list and negotiate contracts as needed.

+ Provides knowledge of current market trends as it relates to talent and continues to build the talent pipeline to have the right capability for driving current and future business results.

+ Manages performance and recruitment management tools and related processes, identifying and implementing improvements to optimize use and drive performance objectives across the organization.

+ Creates and executes on strategic sourcing methods including candidate sourcing and job board vendor management.

+ Assists in the development and execution of the company’s diversity recruitment strategy.

+ Supports the development and implementation of HR projects, programs, and specific business initiatives.

We need you to have:

+ BA/BS degree in Human Resources or a related field

+ 5+ years’ experience with all aspects of talent acquisition.

+ Proficient in MS Office and the use of Applicant Tracking Systems. Knowledge of Luceo ATS is a plus

+ Ability to leverage strong business acumen and analytical capability to integrate talent acquisition strategies with business strategies

+ Knowledge of applicable state, federal, local employment labor laws and regulations

+ Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including presentation skills and the ability to communicate and influence at all levels within the organization

+ Self-directed with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple accountabilities and multiple internal customers

+ Ability to be discreet with confidential information and sensitive issues

+ Ability to communicate effectively across all levels within the organization

+ Minimal travel required

Icing on the cake:

+ Master’s or another advanced degree

+ Professional in Human Resources (PHR) or Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) certification

+ Experience working in the Consumer Product Goods industry

Job Requirements
