Job Description
Capgemini America, Inc. (Sogeti division) seeks IT professionals to fill multiple positions in Chicago, IL and various unanticipated sites throughout the U.S. Entry through Sr. level positions available.
Duties: Oversee the account relationship with executive partners. Collaborate and build relationships with Delivery, Account Executives, Client Partners. Ensure compliance to engagement delivery mandatory requirements. Accountable and responsible for large managed services program consisting of Development, Enhancement and Production support for Salesforce, Azure, MuleSoft and web/cloud technologies. Maintain and extend the power base within the client, together with Business Development, to generate add-on sales. Anchor the Governance meetings including monthly status reports, executive steering committee reports and quarterly business reports. Implement corporate tools like Intelligent Automation framework for Run in customer environment for automation and build debt analytics tool for customer environment and machine learning. Manage the engagement risks and issues and corresponding action plans. Organize and steer the engagement, producing staffing plan and work with recruitment team on the interview process and identify the resources. Assess team member's performance against their objectives and provide support they need to deliver the best quality services. Utilize experience with Web Technologies: Java/J2EE; Databases: MySQL, DB2, MSSQL; Cloud: Azure; Service and Support Tool: JIRA, Jenkins, Git, ServiceNow, Splunk; ETL Tools: Datastage-ETL; Methodologies: Agile, Waterfall; Project Management: Project Management, Program management, Risk and Issue management, Project monitoring control and Delivery.
